We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and support contracted services, evaluate job applications, send updates you have asked for, and keep the website secure. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example email, hosting and content delivery providers), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
5. Retention
Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, client project records for the period required by contract and law, and applications for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them earlier.

These terms govern your use of this website and, unless a signed agreement says otherwise, the services provided by AI B2B SCALE LLC.
1. Acceptance
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
2. Services
We provide consulting, design, development, integration and support services for AI, payment, marketplace and IT systems. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees of each engagement are defined in a written proposal or statement of work ("SOW").
3. Proposals and payment
Proposals are valid for 30 days. Unless the SOW says otherwise, invoices are due within 15 days. Third-party costs such as API usage, platform subscriptions and payment processing fees are paid by the client directly to the provider.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, accurate information and decisions needed for the project, and to hold the necessary rights and accounts for the third-party platforms we integrate.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the custom deliverables created for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how and grant you a perpetual license to use them as part of the deliverables.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only for the engagement. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before any detailed discussion.
7. Warranties and liability
We perform services with professional care. This website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid under the relevant SOW in the 12 months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms and availability.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
